Since I have not seen a conplete list of coffeeshops with free wifi, I've tried to make a statement of the coffeeshops that has it, by doing a search on this forum. Please complete the list so that we have a workable list. Here is my result so far.

The smoker friendly 'Black Tiger Bar' has free wifi, and the 'Lost in Amsterdam Lounge' has wifi, but I don't know if you get charged there.

Bar 'Hoppe' at Spui password is amstel. You can just catch it in Tweede Kamer.
