The Great Books of Hashish

Post by Prestoned »

So I got a hard back cover of 'The Great Books of Hashish Volume 1: Book 1' by Laurence Chernaik. Lots of nice pictures of traditional hash making process and hash itself. I will start reading it today, but I already want the next Volume/Book. I searched the internet a few days ago but could only find the 1980s soft backs going for hundreds of dollars. Anyone know of a place to get it? I thought books had ISBN numbers so you could find them easily?

I also got 'Hashish!' by Robert Connell Clarke, but its sealed and havent opened it yet.

So I emailed the address at the site and I have been told that they can help. Just have to work out shipping and such.

Which site is that? I've had a flick through one of the editions and would love a copy.

I cant remember the link, I shall find it when I next go through my Email. I do remember that they wanted over $600 for the two books, having to weigh up the options. Its a very good book, but I am unsure if I can pay that much for a book thats not even 'old'.

I think they are in a long process of reprinting books 2 & 3, so I may wait for that to happen, but I am not sure.
