Just saw this link on the Coffeeshop Nieuws website. Maybe our greatest hope is the situation it portrays, with the dealers selling on the streets. The shop owner then goes on to endorse a "weedpass system they've had in place for years", which I don't understand.

Branson is a hippie who set up his first business (a student magazine) in a shared commune and has smoked a lot of the good stuff. I honestly think he is worried about erosion of freedom
