Travelling to The Netherlands

Hey guys, I am Rodrigo from Portugal!

Firstly, I'm new here and I registered just to meet people around the world and of course to see the coffeeshops that I can visit and buy some things to smoke outside from Amsterdam.
I'm going to The Netherlands on Tuesday for my second time, but in the first time I stayed at an Hostel in the center of Amsterdam. This time will be a little different because I'm going to stay two weeks (and not just a weekend, like the last time) in my boyfriends dad house in Hilversum and I would like to know If i can buy some stuff on the coffeeshops near or on the center of Hilversum since I am not a local.
