is this similiar to what we have called mega millions/powerball where the jackpots are so high because a bunch of different countries are taking part? in our case its high because its multiple states, same idea though i think..
educating myself and waiting for the next trip.

I think I worked it out right that just 5% would give you 4.1 mill a year interest.
