Thanks for the update on this one Tom!...

I've never tried this place before and always avoided it (I dunno why) - Glad to see you take the plunge on our behalf and sampled a few bits too!...

4 weeks and I'll be back, can't wait!.. :D

I am still looking for quality traditional moroccan hash and so I remembered Toms review about the Caramello and so I decided to visit Coffeeshop Mediterrane.

Place was pretty packed with a queue. I asked the budtender if he can give me an advice for trad. moroccan hash to see if they also point me to the Caramello. At first he showed me the "Diamond" (12€/g) as his favorite and the Caramello (10€/g) as his second. I decide to try their "Diamond" because it looked like moroccan hash that I didn´t see since longer time.

Diamond hash (12€/g) - Very dark creamy piece of hash with an pretty strong smell. The smell was kind of new to me while most moroccan hashes have a different smell now than years back... more spicy and reminds me a little bit of hashes that been sold under the name Gardella. Unfortunately, I found a few pieces of plastic wrap in the hash which apparently had not been thoroughly removed :? This shouldn't actually happen but I've experienced it before and that's why it's best to check the hash carefully before it gets too sticky and you can't see the foil properly anymore...
It was pretty smooth to smoke with pretty good taste but somehow I am not sure if it´s 100% legit. The effect was noticeable weaker than most other moroccan hashes that I tried lately and in combination with that bit unusual taste and plastic foil in the hash made the experienced a bit strange  While I think I tried a hash from Coffeeshop De Graal (RIP) many years back (which I was also disappointed about) that was called "Black Ghardalla" which had also a very light effect and a bit similar taste.

In the end I wish I had tried the Caramello that Tom mentioned before

Purchased the tenco yellow zushi from here. It gets you nice and stoned and has a nice flavor, but is it worth the price? I’d say only on vacation. A 1 time buy.

What flavor has it? Can you compare it to other weed?

Candy pheno, good taste like a sherbet but it’s def grown in Europe. I’ve had the real deal TenCo in California and it’s no comparison.

Went here to check it,

The menu is chaotic, there is so much on there. Pricing is ridicilous for some items, and most is priced like in any other shop.
The budtender didnt allow me to buy 2,5 gr, I had to choose 2 or 3 gram... fucking weird.

I recently visited Mediterrané and overall, I can confirm the positive impressions. The place is clean, modern, and definitely feels a bit more polished than many other coffeeshops – but you can still tell it’s a classic coffeeshop at heart.

The staff were also a real highlight: friendly, knowledgeable, and – most importantly – honest. Unlike many other places where you sometimes get a fairytale with your purchase, here they were very upfront, telling me straight away that they don’t offer Live Rosin, but instead have an impressive selection of Water Hash. The products looked and smelled genuinely high-quality.

The range of US strains is strong too, including some from TenCo. Prices are definitely on the higher end, but the quality matches. If I had to compare, Mediterrané aims for the same high standards as other top-tier shops, even though I personally find the consistency at Green Place slightly better.

One small criticism: the menu layout. It's so chaotic at first glance that you feel more like you're trapped in an escape room than browsing a coffeeshop menu. If you've ever tried to read the board at Family First, you’ll know the feeling – you’re practically high just from trying to figure it out.

Bottom line:
Mediterrané is a genuinely recommendable spot with honest, friendly service and high-quality products. It’s in the premium price range, but you definitely get your money’s worth.

Crazy what counts as advertising these days – apparently just sharing an honest experience. Didn’t realize a balanced review now qualifies as marketing. Should’ve added some typos and rage to make it look ‘authentic.’ 😉

Found this place to be poor unless you want branded Cali. All of their local/Dutch was smalls or shake. Very disappointing. Left with nothing

Christ on a bike. I like the boy personally. Nothing against him. But this is just hilarious.

It’ll end in tears. I think he probably underestimates the ins and outs of the coffeeshop business and is probably a bit naive.
