Its a spambot (program that crawls the forums according to an input term and posts adds) This particular site that is linked is pretty hilarious. They are selling Irish Euro Sets (every current irish coin worth in total about 4 euros) for 13,50 euro!
Why didn't I think of that! Anybody want a 20 euro bill? Its a bargain at 50 euros hehe!
