Yeah, 5gms cost 56.50 euros. Just use it as a "topping" for my joints. Or just put a load in a bong and toke away. I find in joints tho that if you put much in it makes your joints burn un-evenly. Also try the Grey Mist Crystals from the Grey Area. Same kinda stuff just different plants.

I was in town last week and visited STIX. I was the only person in the shop, i stopped there for an hour. The usual girl was behind the bar. As it was so quiet I asked her if i could to see the weed/hasj she had in stock. Without any complaint she pulled out all the tubs and let me have a good look. Very friendly vibe here.

Recently paid my first (and last) visit to Stix earlier this month.
Ordered the gunpowder on site recommendations and I was gutted with what I received. A waste of my money.
I sat at the table in the window, opened it and looked and touched it to see it was never going to stick together due to the very low oil content. It was like a bag of yellow male plant pollen! Tried it on top of some weed and it just stifled the taste and stopped the joint from burning properly.
Left the shop feeling ripped off (because I was) and dissapointed.
Later on I tried a heavy joint mixed with tobacco, it was just hard to pull on. I got annoyed, threw the joint away and tipped the rest of the bag into my vodka and coke, just to watch it sit on the top and not disolve and ruin my drink!
At 12.5 euros a gram this was BY FAR THE WORST DEAL I HAVE EVER SCORED IN AMSTERDAM in some 14/15 visits.
Will NOT visit again. Im the adamant the barman must have palmed me off some crap from his own growroom.
The coffee wasnt all that either.
I would stay away.

i just visited stix on my last visit and tried the caramello and temple balls..both were fantastic and moderately priced.
i also tried the NLX weed, very nice! burned smooth and tasted awesome
i went to the shop by the barneys lounge... it was very small, very local and very friendly staff.. i really enjoyed the apple juice and there was a nice view out onto the street.

Stix was a cool little bar, we went in and asked for something lite for our first day... The bar chappie recommended the bubblegum 12 or 13..
Not exactly what we would call a lite smoke but it was agreed that it was the buy of the trip. The Jack Herrer was good from here too.
Ended going back a couple of times.
Very Friendly place to stop by. Well recommended

We popped by the Utrechtsestraat Stix when we were finding somewhere to get some food. Bought a gram of lovely Nepalese Temple Ball that was very smooth indeed, especially when up against the other hashes we've been trying. Its a very easy smoke, light on your throat and actually tastes pretty good too, plus it doesn't leave you unable to speak or move - you can get on with your day!
The shop itself is quite small but clean, and you sit right in the window which is great for people watching (it did look like there might be an upstairs area, but I couldn't really work out whether it was for staff or punters). The budtender was helpful and friendly so I think we'll be back for some more in the next few days.
