Glad to see they have taken over Stix ! I haven't been to Bij/BJ anywhere near as much as I would like to, mainly as the shops are just a bit out of the way for me. However I find myself at Rembrantplein quite alot (big cinema goer), so really looking forward to getting to sample their wares alot more =D

So Stix is gone... once got some really nice Mexican Haze from there, but that was almost a decade ago. Over the years I went there probably five or six times and it never was really memorable.

Boerejongens seems to be a good replacement. Now those guys run like 4 shops including Dampkring 2. Actually great for those who don't make it all the way out west. I will check it out but I'm located near Bjs when in town so it's only an option if I find myself stuck in the center around midnight.

So what is this new shop actually called? And are there any others in the BJ chain apart from this, Boerejongens, Bij, Tweede Kamer and Dampkring 2?

I don't think that dampkring and Boerejongens have the same supplier. Where have you heard that?
The black ash Problem occured to me many times at boerejongens and bij, their kush is not good also. "OG Kush Mohammed Ram" and Petrol OG suck.

Lemon Ice - love it (almost)

All 3 unflushed ;-)
You must have been very unlucky - I've had Tangie and Lemon Haze from here last week or so, they were just fine with no black ash, burned perfectly and taste was fine too.

It's called Boerejongens - I'm not so sure that Tweede Kamer is part of that network/chain though....

At that price range, impossible  real heavy indica lacks for me at the moment, stuck with So G kush from 1e hulp at 13e, It's conveniently close to my place and saves travelling to buy.

The skywalker was okay but nothing special, but at that price range i guess it was

Bought some Dr Candy Grinspoon, NYC Kush and a refill of white choco block.

Candy Grinspoon looked like grinspoon, bulbous calyxes, and had a strong kandy kushy odor, impressive coating of trichs so I grabbed a gram at 8.50.

NY Kush had a unusual sweet-ish aroma, very impressive lookign compact buds with kush structure. Dry and sticky. But i saw quite a lot of empty seedlet holes and I'm a bit wary of Boerejongens' kushes so I only got a small bag. 9.50

At Bij I looked at Tangie (same grassy/dusty smell as the OG-Mohamram and the Skywalker, yuck) and the 14 per gram "Tangie Choco Grail"..thats a lot of money to spend on tang.
