Katsu is the Best

Post by MrDaliard »

Spent every single day in Katsu during my recent visit. Northern haze for breakfast. They had a fantastic nepalese whilst I was there. Paid twice as much at Stone's Cafe for half the size and it did nothing.
Katsu is friendly and relaxing. They have vaporizers at hand which is an excellent way to get high. The coffee is superb. After 30 mins I felt like I had lived here all my life. Chilled out sounds and all staff are friendly and informative. Whilst I was there they had to take one guy out on a stretcher. He was epileptic but it probably looked like quite a good advertisement for the splendid weed they sell here.
I would recommend a stop off here even if its just to stock up for the day.

Excellent shop, finally made it there..... it's a really cooled out spot and the G13 Haze was excellent, quickest high of the trip......

My only worry was the pre weighed 20 euro deals..... however that's not a big thing.....

In short, loved it.... go there if you can.

What worried you, the fact that they are pre-weighed?

And that it was 20 Euro deals.

There's something about getting your goods weighed out infront of you and getting the amount you want to buy.

Still ......... it wasn't detrimental to the experience more of an observation.

Didn't they have this part of the menu still?

Had to give this one a didnt like

On my first visit I went up to the counter and asked for a GM of Crystal Clear and a GM of Killer Green and the old tart at the counter hands me my purchase, gives me a dirty look and says "Don't be passing out in my shop now" which gave her little local buddies a chuckle at my expense.

I'm a smoking vet of over 20 yrs. and dident appreciate the comment, being treated like a rookie or being made the butt of some old hags joke.

So I just threw her her Euros and walked out and will never go back. They have alot to learn about treating customers with respect, & with dealers like Jon at the Grey Area in town I say who needs this place.

no stars, 2 thumbs down, and a middle finger to boot!!!!!!

Me and the Mrs. made a point to stop in Katsu during a trip to A. Cuypstraat Market. The bud tender and a patron were VERY friendly -cannot remember what we purchased but were sufficiently blown away by the bud and the service.

visited this shop on a sunny september afternoon 2006 its just round corner from albert cryp market. Very quiet inside actually just me. had a nice chat with the dealer (forgot her name as i was half stoned) so actually the shop may have been full. Anyway got 3g crystal clear out of her fridge for i think 30 euros. brought 2g bag of black widow 20 euros ? to smoke inside/outside while shopping in market and on next walk to media coffeeshop. Must say nothing better than catching rays while stoned. found nice little park with fountains and spent a lifetime munching on a apple

Great coffeeshop. The SAGE and the Killer Green are both great.
