CBD Strains, where are you?

I'm living in the netherlands and I'm sad to say I haven't been able to find any CBD-dominant strains anywhere. I'd like CBD-dominant strains for medical purposes, but it looks hopeless so far. Anybody have any ideas? Is there no one specializing in this area of the plant? It could be a seriously interesting research topic. Thanks in advance!
