Apartment with welcome weed, or cheap apartments

Several years ago I was searching the net for smokers apartments in the Dam and came across someone who provided a welcome pack of weed and hash to get ya started. Unfortunately I can't remember the name and can't find it.
Does anyone out there know who I mean? If so please enlighten me.
I have been on several sites now looking for cheap apartments or houseboats nearer the centre of town but I would prefer one no higher than the 1st floor and def smoker friendly

Didn't have much joy on there, what ever date I put in it said none available so couldn't get prices or nuthin,
