Trefpunt was pretty good, menu was good for green and it had some decent solid too. Smoking area was nice but a bit small, imagine it gets rammed in there.

Popped my head into The Reef, lounge looked sick but it was closed; the bouncer did it's open Thursdays to Sundays (I think). Was on an extremely short stopover so didn't buy anything as I couldn't smoke it there, but menu didn't seem half bad for choice and decently priced.

(Although, price-wise, I might just be basing it on Amsterdam shops, hadn't been to Rotterdam before...)

The ones mentioned for Rotterdam are what I'd recommend as well. Den Haag I'd recommend Cremers and Dizzy Duck Downtown for places to sit and smoke. Good menus as well.
