another 420 2024

420 2024 was off to a bad start with the 1 hour rail link to Lancaster turned into a 3 hour trip round the lanes of morecambe bay.i set off the day before my flight to avoid disappointment
I stay at the new ibis at manchester airport and use my vape with wedding pop triangle for a nice nights rest..uneventfull trip arriving at amsterdam central was confused to find the through passage to the exit was blocked with a temp wall but was lucky to be next to a local who kindly directed me up to platform 4 and the way out.
Arriving outside i take a hard right and go past the ibis and multistory bike park over foot bridge through the underpass poping out at the top of single gratch for the few steps to siberia coffeeshop to meet fellow ACDers old faces and new.I get a gram of a high thc sativa to give me a bit of energey along with a coffee.
Gappy then handed me and all the other ACDers who wanted some a nice dark black resin. A nice freebee.Nice 1 stan.I then check in my hotel and meet the ACDers for a drink and have a great ending to day1.
A session in the stud was well anticipated .I found the stud in 2016 when staying at camp zeeberg in one of the eco cabins.I have heard it said the stud is the friendliest coffeeshop in amsterdam.i found the staff and customers all very friendly.and had great conversations with some of the older tokers.a nice mix of locals and tourists.
MJ invited the ACD forum again this year and was again a great host.i gave him a wedding pop triangle bud to try. I tried at least 4 weed types and a lovely hash (something punch??)some lovely edibles cerial with chocolate yum yum.I came to the stud in september and november but didnt see MJ. i saw the young lady who gave out the edibles who remembered me from 420 23 sesion.I had thought about ringing the stud to ask when MJ would be there,but as they dont know me by name I thought better of it. MJ gave us all a goody bag with tokers requisiets.one very useful bit of kit was the lighter leash,but guys if you have it fastened to the front of your pants dont release it from full extension oww. I hope to visit later on in july or august and vist my 3 favourite shops siberi ,stud and ballon.
The best new coffeeshop for me was De Kade. A real gem meaning "dockside" I believe.The owner generously gave all the ACD 420 group a tshirt and some nice free samples to try!!I cant remember the types but remember being impressed with 1 particular sativa strain that gave me a lift after a tiring session.
All in all another great trip,meeting fellow ACDers.I hope to get over to Amsterdam later this sumer for another sesh.
I think I met all the ACDers and had fantastic conversation,.thanks for the company guys !
On my way to schipol i called in siberi and got 4 gram of face gas.As it was first smoke of the day i could judge its quality.and it was great best toke of the week.I hope they still have it in summer.

I'd forgotten about that wall at Centraal Station. That caught me out too. Down the steps, along the tunnel towards the front exit and then ... a dead end! Not even stoned yet and reality already on the blink.

What a fantastic trip report, Bedge! Sorry to hear about the rail link delay, but it sounds like the rest of your trip more than made up for it. It's great that you got to meet up with fellow ACDers and had a blast at the Stud and other coffeeshops. De Kade sounds like a real gem, and that sativa strain must have been something special!
