So just noticed that Central has a fancy new (to me, at least) website...and according to the FAQs (under "Can I smoke a joint in Coffeeshopt Central?"), it sounds like you can smoke inside again:
"Everyone is welcome to use their green and brown stuff at Central, but it is only allowed to smoke in a pure way, so without tobacco. If you want to have a smoke with tobacco, you can do so on our bench just outside the coffeeshop and enjoy the buzz on the Amsterdam streets."
Almost sounds to good to be true, as it's been buy-n-fly for ages now. Has anyone been there or heard anything along those lines?

I don't know if it has changed in the last few weeks since I was there
(10th November 2025)
It was totally no smoke inside
but a bench out front where you can smoke.

The menu is more or less exactly the same as hunters these days ...a take over where it's best to leave the name as is i guess..I always wonder how much money a coffeeshop goes for...
