White Dolphin & Royal Dolphin hash were the purchases made, good standard as usual.

Didn't actually buy any weed here (I already had "too much"). But the place was really nice, and great staff.

Good music sometimes and bad music sometimes, but overall a nice place to just chill out.

Didn't have any problems finding a seat as it seemed when we arrived there was atleast one table or barstool waiting for us.

I took a ride on the White Dolphin, got into the decor,
went diving in my own little world. 8)

I liked it, but did not find it anything special. Decor was kind of kitsch.

Can't say I'd go out of my way to go here, but it's certainly not bad if you're passing. Good atmosphere, the weed's pretty decent and like people have said, it's good to chill :)

Love this place although me and my missus got kicked out for not having a drink (Again a fair few years back now). I was just getting round to climbing the stairs to fetch the drinks after rolling a spliff and finishing the drinks we had. It spun us out proper especially the wife who would not say boo to a ghost.
This geezer came up to us going crazy and slowly moved us (Not physically) towards the exit in the lower section. Total spin out and we still laugh about it now.
Good shop, Good weed, and you got to love the interior.
Worth a visit :D

It's a chill! But time to go...

I love this place.
It's not the best coffee shop in the land yet I keep finding myself there - and dragging anyone I'm with along too.

It's a bit cramped upstairs and they have some hot pipes as you go through the curtain. Bar beyond that with seats to the left of a pretty narrow corridor.
Water theme. How’d you guess? Why yooou..! ;)

Go for the White Dolphin for a good smoke but it's pretty much as good as the next place menu-wise. They didn’t have it one time I went there (White Dolphin, silly 8) ). So probably a good idea to be packing when you go. There’s better stuff out there…

Rizla, roaches, fish tank hanging from the ceiling over the bar – the usual coffee shop fare.

They also sell cakes and so forth, but yet to be tempted (for no other reason than I wasn’t there for that).

Drinks: Grab yourself a hot chocolate (with cream) for some good smokin' accompaniment.

It's a 2 out of 3 regarding the staff. Just the once I was there they weren't all that chatty or 'bothered', I suppose you could say, but it mattered not cos...
But the rest of the time – lovely. Some crazy-eyed lad was working there last time – I asked him if he was always bombed cos he looked so crazy-eyed, but it would appear that he loved life. Or sugar. Or lied.

We sat downstairs. This is much better, roomier, with TV's and more hot pipes. I didn't use them, but the couple of times others did the staff were really helpful.

There are several cushion-seated 'booths' with table and stools. It's very easy to get settled there as to the testimony of my missus who will have two tokes at best. She loved the chill, the unobtrusive atmosphere (good for the smoke) and the hot chocolate!

Which reminds me; having to traverse the steps is probably easier when funky drunk! - steep issues.

Saying all that, it's just a chill-stop, and (twice) was a good night-closer - cos it was near our hotel. If it was a ‘final destination’, I’d have had one of those cakes I mentioned earlier.
Still might…

Overall, a good place to stop over, maybe bring your own, have a few and then go where you're getting to: “Mmmm. That was nice. Where now..?”

For that, it gets:
7.5/10 - Extra .5 cos once you pop, you can't stop :P

Munch Bunch Summary

The Dolphins coffee shop is laid out on two floors. The top floor, were you walk in, is where you purchase weed, drinks and small snack foods. Vending machines were also available but the selection of items was not great. The ground floor has the seating area where you can consume the goods that you have acquired. On this floor you will be taken away by the amazing attention to detail that has been put into the décor of the place. The walls downstairs were painted with an aquatic theme with dolphins as the main feature. It seemed to be more like artwork than just decoration and was pretty amazing to look at. The layout is somewhat of an opium den with sofa style beds; the arrangement of the seating was in a repeated square fashion with three sofas facing inwards per unit. The benefit of this seating style is that it is very social and allows you to easily sit and join in with other groups of people. However as the seating was like a bed it made you feel very lethargic as ‘The Fridge’ quickly found out. The seating here ranks the highest on our ratings so far, as it is so relaxing and allowed you to kick off your shoes and chill out.

The first major downfall of this coffee shop was the variety of drugs available. The cost of the few drugs on offer was pretty average making the four or five drugs they did have a restricting selection. However what we did smoke was of good quality. There was a large range of drinks for selection and compared to other shops they were quite reasonable in price. The music playing boarded on pop and sixties, which was kind of mellow in the dully-lit room. The up lighting cast shadows all over the seating area creating a strange but effective experience when stoned.

In essence this coffee shop is worth going to, just to see the hard work that the owners have put into the downstairs level. You could easily spend a few hours just chilling and chatting to other smokers about random subjects and relaxing at the end of a hard day

Free Internet, fully air conditioned, quality house weed (White Dolphins), what more could one need?

Great shop and really solid service, and the White Dolphins pre-roll pures were a def hit with both myself and the Mrs.

Worth a visit in my opinion.
