One of the first shops we rated with some impressive qualities all round although quite average amongst the ranks. To describe this shop in a short summary I would say that they are trying very hard to make a version of what coffee shops will look like in a few years. Situated next door to one the famous red light district streets, this was the perfect area to be amused whilst sitting around watching the clients go in and out very quickly. As we walked into the shop we were graced with a impressively clean, neat and organised décor. All the stools, chairs and tables were precisely positioned around the area in exact rows. We went over to purchase some weed from the also clean counter, which amongst other things had a giant female Buddha head perched upon it. We purchased our relevant materials and headed back to the table that had been claimed when we walked in, to be pleasantly surprised at free herbal mix on the table. In fact each table consisted of a basket of herbal mix, an ashtray and some papers.
Looking around we noticed that the shop contained a large amount of speakers, which although looked impressive were not in use. Therefore we had to make use of the various conversations around us for entertainment. One of which had ignited into a rather loud debate between a customer and the staff member, the debate was whether Amsterdam was a good place for students to work and study. One staff member was stating it was a very bad place resulting in conflicting opinions, and raised voices. Apart from this the customer service was quite adequate in this shop with friendly smiles and polite conversation. One of the downfalls IS that there is only one toilet that both sexes were sharing. There was not room to move in this unit and there was a leak under the sink, resulting in the toilets scoring quite sufficient. The main shop area looked a lot bigger than it appears thanks to a large mirror on the back wall of the counter. The view other than the lovely red doors of the district comprised of a canal and a moderately quiet street, although not much was happening it was still quite pleasant to view.
Maybe my favourite coffeeshop, although I haven't yet been to the newly decorated place. It was rather quiet when we visited in the afternoon hours, and spacy compared to most.
They still have the lovely Hawaiian Snow for sale, yes?

ive noticed that you post your so called "Munch Bunch" summary on each coffeeshop thread, I like your little reports but I thought id give you my 2 cents on what your doing. I like your reports alot because they give you an idea of the ambience of these shops but I feel like if its called the "Munch Bunch" summary, it should include details about there smoke and even there food if they provide it. If you can give ratings of strains that these Coffeeshops are selling then your "Munch Bunch" summary will be much more useful. Just thought id let you know that, im sure others can agree.

From what i read about young women out on the piss these days and nights,I doubt the womens are much "cleaner " than the mens,late evenings ...But ,yaeh,i get yer point...

I have seen some sites in my time. It pretty amazing how people can shit on the ceiling. Surely it just goes against basic physics.
