Eden Hotel Amsterdam - on the Amstel

Post by Glas »

Anyone been here?

Done a search on the forum but it didn't turn up much. Tripadvisor reviews are so-so, which is usually a good sign as they are all snobby cunts

Anyone on here tried it? As long as it's clean I don't really care. The location is superb for the price 8)

Good stuff

Is there any specific rooms we should ask for, or views?

Where's good for breakfast close to the hotel? i've heard the hotel breakfast is expensive?

Cheers

Stayed here twice, waaaay back. Location is excellent. Toked in the rooms back then, but I dunno if you could get away with it now.

Lively Irish bar just down from the Bushdoctor, fella let us roll spliffs inside, but we had to smoke em outside.

Booked up from 11-14 Feb :D

We were supposed to go for our birthdays in April, but some volcano in Iceland put paid to that and we had to make do with a long weekend in Oban instead

Not that I have anything against Oban, it's a great place but it ain't the Dam!

Hehehe, me too. Although, me and my buddy drove all the way to Iona, Via Oban and Mull. 12 pre rolls, and 6 weed muffins

I struck seriously lucky that time. After the crushing disappointment of not getting to the Dam, we scrabbled about trying to find somewhere to go for that weekend. At the same time, I luckily managed to score a half oz of very nice, dry buddy smoke for the weekend, otherwise my memories might have been a bit more sour

Was supposed to be my missus's 1st time to the Dam, and ended up being er first time in Oban haha. Now, we are gonna make this trip extra special to make up for what we lost out on ;)

Thinking about staying here in Nov., if USBL likes it, it's good enough for me.
Better than the "420 Hotel" I stayed at a few months ago.......................
