looking for apartment 18th - 21st april.. can you help me

so been spending last few day trying to find apartment for my for (maybe)420 trip. ive looked at alot of sites but could of missed a few. so im going solo..what im looking for small place (im cheap)but would like canal views, smoker friendly, bath if possible and cooking equipment so i could make breakfast in morning, wifi would be nice. also need to be very central. ive found 4 good flats one near barneys, one near utopia and one near voyagers theres another one in RLD. all are a bit overpriced for my liking the one im most probably gonna go for will be 410euros in total for 3 nights including service fee. so can you help me find a place ?

stuart what is your budget for your stay, it would be alot easier to recommand a place

450 euros max id say.. ive seen some cheaper apartments but looked abit scruffy. got a reply from the apartment i wanted. hes gonna be in town that week so its not up for rent

no bath, but above the Jolly Joker in Nieumarkt,basically a bedsit very clean,with great windows overlooking the square.
