Apartment suggestions.

Post by montana85 »

So, just booked flights for my 5th trip to Dam with the missus on 24th-28th July.. We haven't booked accommodation yet but been looking on the usual sites - airbnb, amsterdamstay, citymundo etc. We have seen a few we like & just thought if anyone had any recommendations of apartments through personal experience before we finalised, it would be nice to consider! Looking for preferably an apartment and must be smoker friendly as we like to smoke loads of bongs at night/morning in bed! Location wise would like to be central(-ish) & must be clean, but apart from that not too worried about anything else. Any suggestions are appreciated. Oh yeah, looking to spend about 100-150eu per night. Thanks in advance! 8)

Go for something special and hire a canal boat, I stayed in one last September with the girlfriend, not sure what site she booked it on but this would give you some idea of cost http://www.stayamsterdam.com/amsterdam- ... tAodYTcAtQ

Yo guys, thanks for all the suggestions! I'm still trawling through websites, going to narrow it down to a few then pick 1. Even considering a houseboat. Reckon it would b quite cool! If anyone stayed in a decent enough 1 that wants to recommend it, feel free!

Thanks again!

Peace.

So guys thanks again. Still not finalised but need to get my finger out! Found this apartment on amsterdamstay at centre of neiuwmarket & cannabis friendly! It looks good enough for me and the bird (she is fussier than me but likes look of it!). It's coming up as 647 euro for 4 nights, but I looked on booking.com & it's 100 euro cheaper. Really considering it just wandered if any of you good people have stayed here & give me some more info? Thanks again everyone

Here is it on amsterdamstay.

i couldnt find that apartment on booking.com for your dates,, but for me the deal breaker is the loft bedroom,, falling down that ladder would hurt,, on the good side is the location,, but for that price there is better out there that are smoker friendly or have a balcony,, liek this place another great location but abit nicer and cheaper http://www.amsterdamstay.com/apartments ... 4&guests=2,, but its you money so enjoy your holiday where ever you choose to stay
