What a nice find, just off of Dam square, it is a small friendly shop with a tasteful native american theme. We met the cat and round the corner from the bar was a huge bird cage with two cheeky multihued Parakeets, who danced and chattered at us. The music wasn't to my taste but the vibe made up for it. The Budtender explained to us how hash isn't as good as it was 20 years ago (tell me something new) but we bought 3g of Nepal Hash for E15 and it blew me away nicely

Bad coffee shop. Bad drinks, bad quality weed, bad customer service. The owner obviously doesnt want customers as he insults and comments on everyone. Not a nice place at all. Shit coffee shop dont go. 1/10

Re: Barraka
what a shame ya had a bad time there, maybe the ownership had changed.
I will pop in and take a look this summer to see if we find it different.
I seem to recall there was another shop next door (can't think of the name now) which was also very nice.

Re: Barraka
Went in here late one night after Burger Bar. Very stoned and tired. Just looking for that last coffeeshop. The owner was pretty morose until I started buying stuff which cheered him right up!
The coffeeshop is a simple Moroccan theme as I recall (hazily) and not very big although big enough.
The weed and hash seemed like a good deal here. They had several different types of older/less fashionable weeds for 15 eu - 2.5g
I had the orange bud and zero zero. They were both decent and good value. I'd go back here to try some of the other items on the menu. It could be the kind of place where they give good value so don't think they have to give good service. That is fine by me if I'm on a budget.
Buy and Fly after the munchies!

Stopped by to get out of the rain. Dug the Super Lemon Haze, not that strong but good taste. Nice little room to chill out in.

Stopped a couple times over the last few years trips. Cozy little shop, descent gear, friendly service, and staff in my experiences.

Didn't notice. Two budtenders, young woman, one seemed to be in training or something. Very nice reception.

Re: Barraka
First time and first stop as KeyMonCha on here mentioned it. Asked for their best and was shown two hashes(15€/g each) by the stoned and bit annoyed lady budtender. She was giving both pre-packed hashes a lick with the flame to let me have a sniff but I was unimpressed and said my farewells.
Didn't like 'Baraka' in Mortal Kombat(game) as well if that makes sense

I got quite excited when i saw a Barraka review pop up... Shame you didn't see anything worthwhile... The Super Cream i bought here in March was a really nice bit of hash... She didn't flame it or anything... She just picked up a piece and tore it in two... The smell is what sold it to me.
I hope the SC will be there in December.
Sorry again for the disappointing recommendation, Jesscass... Hope you found some decent stuff elsewhere.

Not sure about the coffeeshop or the video game, but the film by the same name is a must see.

There must have been a door there in the wall when I came in.

Indeed it's your fault, KeyMonCha, you spoilt my whole day in the Dam! Thank you!KeyMonCha wrote:I'm sorry Jesscass...Jesscass wrote:First time and first stop as KeyMonCha on here mentioned it. All joking aside I don't blame anyone as I know batches come and go. I was only after the Super Cream you mentioned in your fine report but it wasn't even listed back then. I had many shops to visit anyway!I mayhaps will give it another go and fingers crossed you'll find something decent on your trip(I did)there or elsewhere

I owe you one awesome day in the Dam.... If we ever cross paths, the Febo's on me!
