Out of 7 trips to Dam i've had one bad experience with Hunters - I was short changed by about 10 euro's - other than that though their bud's are top notch - especially the NYCDiesel and SoGouda...I did once leave my suitcase and hand luggage in here and when I came back they had kept it to one side and gave it to me no worries...now that's what I call service!

Personally I stay clear of the redlight district coffeeshops. Im not saying that they are all bad. It's just I prefer other areas of the city e.g Jordaan and the zuid.
Next trip 1st August 2015. 2 weeks camping/putting my feet up.

Came in here for a shake the other day and have to say the service was shyte. Some seriously shitty vibes of the asian guy behind the till, something about not having this flavour of ben and jerries.

I like Hunters! I only tried the coffeeshop, haven't been in to the other two locations. Every time I've been in it's been the same budtender, Australian or English guy (not sure, I hate to guess wrong so I didn't ask) who was really cool and recommended the NYC Diesel, "direct from Soma himself." I was SO glad he did!!! It's the best NYC I've ever had. Super sour taste and smell, seriously like grapefruit. On my birthday he was even nice enough to throw in a lighter and pack of papers for free. Bought a g of lavender as well and at first was disappointed by the pungent smell, but the taste was much better. Nice indica stone. I think I got something else but I can't remember now 8)

The location isn't great, right in the center of a super touristy area, and the space definitely has that dark pub feeling to it, but other than that it's nice.

The best hazes are:

- 100% sativa
- Super Silver Haze
- Amnesia Haze

My personal fave is the SSH but all are good in terms of strength and quality of buds. 100% has been out lately unfortunately but could be back by time you get here.

I am mainly a haze man, got no complaints about the SoGouda, nice stuff, but maybe someone else can give more expert opinion on it.
