Mike and I will not be around Friday Lunchtime if the Balou session is scheduled for then. We will most probably be heading towards the airport or at least thinking about it. Scrap the group meal out @Lemming that will free a little space up and give us some more room to play with

Agree with @CouphenagenCouple about the 7pm sailing may be a push to make that with everything going on. I expect to hear back from the boat towards end of the week, they seem a week behind replying. Hopefully they will come back with a couple of options for us on time slots etc - will update as and when I hear anything

We got earlier flights so we are going to be in town on the Tuesday afternoon instead of wed morning

So, Tuesday - Worsall, Bedge and now Gman and Tokeing tom - would any of you like to join us in Birdy if it were possible? As discussed earlier, we could arrange our crawl to finish at Birdy, maybe around 6pm, if that helps anyone. If you're travelling light you could even take a train straight from Schiphol to Haarlem. Please let us know either way.

Balou - Friday is out. Thursday before 420 isn't ideal because we'll need to get to Bottle/420 area reasonably early to organise an assault and occupation of the big table. Early evening on Wednesday, before or instead of Kashmir Lounge might work. Maybe now more of us will be in town on Tuesday, after returning from Haarlem would be a good opportunity. That partly depends on the answer to the Birdy question.

Don't know why we're trying to organise all this, we know it will all go out of the window of the first coffeeshop we enter

Yes myself and g could make it to Harlem for birdys we hope to get there for around 5 would be good to make it and have a fatty for fbn ,so we will see you guys there on the 18th

All I can say to the look of our 420 Week is Awesome I like the look of that @Lemming some top planning there , we have some cracking days packed out there with a special event session on nearly every day of the week This is going to be an amazing ACD gathering, giving offerings to the sun gods on a weekly basis for good weather whilst we are in town

This will be my first day so Ill be getting in early but I'm staying in Haarlem. I will definitely be at Willie Wortles Sativa at 2:00 to meet with anyone and like the challenge of a first day 9 shop crawl before the 5:00 meet up at Birdys. Ill have the purple Zappa hat and you can call me Gonzo.

Hi @AzLaker yes it is looking pretty 'Epic' with a fair sized group of ACD members coming in to town I will try and do some live reporting and updates as we move around town to keep everyone updated but must admit I am most probably not the ideal person for 'Live Reporting' especially when the Dabs kick in
